Description
1. Standard
DIN 933:1987, Class A / Class B tolerance. Fully threaded shank with no unthreaded portion, distinguishing it from the partially threaded DIN 931.
2. Common Sizes
M1.6–M45. Standard stock sizes include M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, and M20, with standard coarse thread pitches.
3. Material Classification
(1) Carbon Steel:
Property Class 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9 high-strength grades.
(2) Stainless Steel:
304 (A2-70) and 316 (A4-70) corrosion-resistant grades.
4. Surface Treatment
Blue-White Zinc Plated, Yellow Zinc Plated, Black Oxide, Hot-Dip Galvanized, Dacromet, Plain/Polished Finish.
5. Applications
Equipment frames, construction machinery, mechanical and electrical assemblies, hardware fastening, and general fastening for vehicle components and assemblies.
